We are seeking a detail oriented, passionate, and dedicated .NET Developer to join our team. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate and collaborate with a team of highly talented technicians and end users. If you have strong technical skills, the ability to think through business use cases, a passion for back-end development and an intellectual curiosity to learn new tools and technology, then you might be an excellent candidate for this key position.

This position will be aligned to an ongoing website development effort for our MD State (Government) customer: Websites were built using an ASP.NET, front-end framework with WEB API and SQL server & DB2 databases at backend, the combination provides both a responsive user interface/experience with a proven and robust data driven backend for these precise and mission critical reporting metrics. The candidate will assist with version updates/upgrades.

Project Technologies: A mix of .Net, Telerik UI and VoiceXML for IVR application (any framework experiences will suffice).

• The candidate must have at least 3 - 6 years with .NET tools technologies
• Solid experience of Model-View-Controller (MVC) Web application development including but not limited to: C#/VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Oracle, XML, WebForms, WinForms, AJAX, Rest APIs, Linq-to-SQL, SQL Server; T4 Templates (custom code generation), SSRS and JQuery.
• Experience with TFS - Team Foundation Server is strongly preferred.
• VoiceXML is a plus.
• Candidates will be required to follow company’s architecture & coding standards and assist in the creation of documentation and test plans for new system development.
Must be able to translate applications requirements into the design of complex web sites, including integrating web pages and applications. Must be able to apply new and emerging technologies to the site development process.

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

General Experience:
Must have five (5) years of web development experience using current Web development and graphic tools, as well as, Web Server and database administration.

Specialized Experience:
At least three (3) years of experience designing, developing and deploying Web sites and/or Web applications, including product selection, configuration, installation, maintenance, and site specific Web development languages and relational databases.
